ADMISSIONS PROCESS

Please note: Only one account per family is necessary. If you are applying for more than one child, you can create a separate application for each child's grade level, all from within the same family account. You will have the flexibility to sign in to your account and access all of your open applications.

  • STEP 3: Complete and submit the application and any supplemental documents found under Supplemental Application Forms. You can track your application's progress by opening up Status to view the application checklist. A blue checkmark will appear next to the supplemental documents that have been completed.
  • STEP 4: Once the application and all supplemental documents are received, you will be contacted to schedule an Administrative Interview with your child's campus administrator.
  • STEP 5: Once the interview is completed, the Admissions Committee will review the application file and interview notes. A Decision Letter will be sent to the family by the Admissions Office.

SPECIAL NOTICES

Fremont Christian School welcomes an application from any child who not only desires to be a student at FCS and commits to contributing to a positive campus atmosphere but also has no suspension or expulsions within the calendar year and has earned a minimum grade point average of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale with no Fs. Generally, prospective students must not be in Grade 12 or 18 years old at the time of admission.

A possible start date for a mid-year applicant is considered by the campus principal. FCS will usually allow immediate starts for admitted elementary and junior high school students, but may determine high school student start dates to only be appropriate during the early weeks of a semester. However, special circumstances may be considered such as a family move.  Early Education applications are accepted year-round.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

An international student is someone who is required to obtain an F-1 visa to attend school in the USA. Fremont Christian School is authorized to enroll nonimmigrant international students.
